Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the handmade, limited, and often one-of-a-kind nature of the work, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I will make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of arrival of your package at joshbrooksgallery@gmail.com with:

Photos of the damaged item and packaging
A description of the issue
We’ll review your request and provide a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Josh Brooks Gallery is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
